What this comparison can tell you

Broad tonal character

The tool applies a controlled version of the measured difference between your headphones and the selected target. It is useful for comparing bass, midrange and treble balance.

Your audio stays local

The selected audio file is decoded and processed only in this browser. It is not included in your My SolAudioLab workspace.

Practical limits

  • Fit, seal, pads and individual hearing can change the real result.
  • Extreme bass and high-treble corrections are reduced.
  • This is a tonal reference, not a replacement for listening to the real product.

What this test is trying to do

The tool compares the measured tonal deviation of the headphones you are wearing with the measured tonal deviation of the selected target. It then applies a controlled difference with browser audio filters.

The result is useful for exploring broad tonal character before a real listening test. It cannot replace wearing the selected product yourself.
