Make the purpose clear
The first screen should explain what the tool does and what the user can do next.
ABOUT SOLAUDIOLAB
This independent website provides browser tools for audio work, music practice, acoustic planning and audio testing. Each tool is made to help users understand the task and start quickly.
The goal is simple. A useful audio check should be clear enough to use when you need it, without installing a large program or learning an unnecessary workflow.
WHY IT EXISTS
I am a music and audio enthusiast from South Korea. Music and audio are serious hobbies for me. I enjoy exploring both subjects in depth.
I play guitar and bass guitar. I also sing and organize live performances in my local community. For these events, I manage the overall planning. I also handle the recording and audio mixing.
I started this project because many everyday audio tasks deserve a faster and clearer tool. The tools are shaped by years of hands-on listening, testing, making music and solving practical sound problems. They focus on useful steps, clear explanations and results that help users decide what to do next.
This project does not try to replace every professional application. It provides focused tools that are ready when a quick and understandable check is more useful. — Junsol from South Korea
“I want every tool to feel like practical help from an experienced person who understands the problem in front of you.”
HOW IT IS BUILT
A feature is useful only when users can understand it, reach it and trust it to keep working.
The first screen should explain what the tool does and what the user can do next.
The core tools work in a browser. Users do not need an account to begin.
The tools support practical work in studios, rehearsal spaces, venues and everyday listening rooms.
New ideas matter, but approved features should remain dependable as the site grows.
WHAT SOLAUDIOLAB MAKES
Explore room layouts, listening positions and practical acoustic choices before making changes.
Follow clear steps for channels, balance, polarity, matching and other common playback problems.
Compare sound, review audio files and use familiar references without sending local audio to the site.
Use focused tools for timing, tuning, rhythm and the listening skills needed in music and live sound.
THE PROMISE
Core tools remain available without an account. Features that use microphone input or local audio process that media in the browser unless the page clearly explains a separate save or sharing action.
Optional private saves are there for users who want to continue their work on another signed-in device. They do not change the basic goal of opening a tool and starting immediately.
